How operators actually find suppliers, buyers, and capital
Ask a serious operator where their best supplier, their biggest buyer, or their last round of capital came from, and you will almost never hear "I found them online." The connects that move real money do not live in public. They move through trust.
Why isn't the good stuff public?
Because the moment a real supplier, buyer, or capital source is public, it is swarmed, and the people running it stop answering strangers to protect their time. So the good connects go quiet and only move by referral. If you are cold-messaging, you are fishing in the pond everyone already emptied.
That is the trap most operators are stuck in. They grind outreach to strangers, get ghosted or burned, and never touch the flow that actually matters, because that flow only opens to people someone already trusts.
